INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Under Art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform you that:

Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of concluding and handling contracts as well as for maintaining business relations.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, although necessary for the conclusion of the contract and the maintenance of the business relationship.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fact of concluding a contract, the provisions of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 and the legitimate interest of OMEGAir CARGO Sp. z o. o., which consists in maintaining business relations.

Your personal data shall be stored for a maximum of 5 or 6 years (due to the requirements of the Accounting Act) or until you object to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation.

We shall transfer your personal data to enterprises that provide IT and legal services and marketing activities for us, as well as to entities entitled to do so under the provisions of law.

We shall not transfer your personal data to third parties.

You have the right of access as a data subject, the right to rectification, the right to transfer, the right to erasure, as well as the right to restriction of processing.

As regards our processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We shall not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing based on your personal data, including decisions resulting from profiling.
